A modern collection of posters dedicated to my favourite musicians created in Photoshop and Illustrator.

This project was my first real encounter with Photoshop and Illustrator. I will display each poster in chronological order, as to show my progress throughout this project.

Throughout the process, I learnt some valuable new skills, which now lets me use Illustrator and Photoshop more than comfortably. Alongside learning by experience, I watched numerous tutorials on YouTube to help me with the basics and later on, specific effects.

 

I have always been interested in poster work, even when curating my illustrations, I enjoy adding typography and graphical elements to represent a more poster-like format. 

But this is my first experience in creating quality print posters. I am very proud of myself in regards to how these turned out. I'm also very happy to have learnt these new skills with Adobe apps. This will allow me to expand my practice and be able to create a solid range of work. 

Within my personal practice I want to experiment with creating original illustrations, and then creating a poster out of it with my learnt skills - as to create  completely original and professional posters.
